About the Host

Dr. Liz Lyster is a board-certified OB/GYN, hormone specialist, and the host of Hotness the podcast where hormones, confidence, and desire come back online.

She's spent over 30 years helping women in midlife get real answers — not shrugs, not "your labs are normal," not a referral to nowhere. Her own menopause experience at 43 deepened what she already knew clinically: this phase isn't a decline. It's a shift. And there's a lot more possible than most women are told.

Outside the exam room, she's climbed Kilimanjaro, dances Argentine tango, and firmly believes that self-care is not selfish.

Hotness brings together hormone science, real talk, and lived wisdom because you can absolutely embrace your hotness at every age.
